The number of revisions depends on the package selected. We strive to meet your expectations and will provide revisions within the limits defined in your package. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.
Once a design is approved or finalized, any further changes will be treated as a new request and billed accordingly.
Turnaround time varies depending on the service selected. Initial design concepts are typically delivered within 24–48 business hours after receiving a complete project brief. Website development timelines may range from 3–7 business days depending on complexity.
Delays may occur if required information or feedback is not provided on time.
We aim to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only applicable if work has not been substantially completed or approved.
- Once a design concept or website layout is approved, refunds will not be applicable.
- Services such as domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, and digital marketing services are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as change of mind, business decisions, or lack of communication from the client.
- If a refund is approved, all rights to the delivered work remain with Shop Design Experts.
We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
Orders may be canceled prior to the commencement of work. Once the project has started or initial concepts have been delivered, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund.
All designs, concepts, and materials created by Shop Design Experts remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.
If a refund is issued, the client will have no rights to use any designs or materials provided.
We are committed to delivering professional and high-quality services. Our team works diligently to meet your requirements; however, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, rankings, or conversion rates.
Shop Design Experts shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We only take responsibility for communications conducted through our official email addresses and website. We are not liable for any damages resulting from communication through unauthorized channels.
